The Black Tie team wishes your staff and students a successful start to the 2025–2026 school year. Our team is proud to continue the tradition of supporting schools throughout the valley.

We know that the high school years are a pivotal time filled with milestones and core memories. Our business mission is built on helping people turn moments into lasting memories. With that in mind, we have created several programs designed to enhance school events and help every student create unforgettable experiences.

Suits for Students

Every student deserves a chance to attend milestone events, no matter their situation. If your school has students who can’t afford formal attire, our Suits for Students program can help.

We will provide you with three complimentary suit or tuxedo rentals to help these students attend.

Our request is that you complete our events form below to let us know when your upcoming events are and who the contacts are for each.

Formal and Prom Sponsorship

We know how demanding event planning is for school leadership classes and dance committees. Our Formal and Prom Sponsorship Program lightens your load by handling ticket design and printing at no cost to you.

In exchange for a small sponsor logo on your tickets, your team saves hundreds of dollars and hours otherwise spent on these tasks.

Our goal is to help you focus on creating an unforgettable experience for students.

School Ambassadors

Student opportunity matters to us, so we invite interested students to join our Ambassadors Program. Ambassadors distribute Black Tie coupons on campus and receive a $10 discount for every coupon used toward a rental.

Many ambassadors earn free suits through their efforts, ensuring more students can participate fully in school events while gaining leadership experience.

Work Experience

Work experience is vital for young adults. Each formal season, we hire seasonal staff from local high schools, offering valuable skills, peer support, and a chance to be part of our dedicated team.

Additional Support

Our support can extend beyond dances. If you have ideas for working together or questions about how our programs can support your school, please reach out.

The Black Tie can assist with Homecoming Court, fashion shows, drama productions, senior exit interviews, and more.

We aim to be a resource for any event requiring formal wear and encourage you to reach out if there is an occasion we can help make special.
